I personally do a follow up of the external agents/ state agents .... to make sure you are getting the best service.

 

I also think it is very important for all expats to have an updated source of information on things to do in Andorra and local news in English, so once a month (sometimes more often) I will be sending a Newsletter with all the relevant news and events that the expat community will find interesting.
