The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Gilbert Saboya, met with his French counterpart, Laurent Fabius, this past Wednesday. They were both in Brussels for the conference on the flooding in Bosnia, Herzegovina and Serbia. Saboya informed that during this meeting they spoke about the support of France during the process of approximation of Andorra to the European Union. Also up for discussion during this meeting was the presentation of the Double Tax Treaty between Andorra and France that has been proposed to Parliament.
