Portugal's Prime Minister, Passos Coelho, to possibly visit Andorra in the autumn to sign the Double

One of the announcements made by the Prime Minister, Toni Martí, during his speech at the Political Orientation Debate was that the Prime Minister of Portugal, Pedro Passos Coelho, has been invited to visit Andorra in the autumn. He went on to say that if work continues to progress at a good pace, then the Double Tax Treaty could be signed during this visit.
The Prime Minister also announced that the urbanisation project for the Prat del Rull area will be put forward next week. It is here that the future Seat of Justice is to be. Furthermore, several texts have been presented to Parliament such as that of electronic signatures and one which aims to regulate law and attorney professions. In terms of facilities, it was also announced that the former Hotel Rosaleda will house the services of the Ministry of Culture and that the old Andorra Telecom headquarters and Fire Station are to be remodelled. It is also the intention to adapt Casa Rossell in Ordino into a cultural or tourism infrastructure.
