A delegation from the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODHIR), arrived on Tuesday to the Principality, in order to supervise the electoral process of the 1st of March. As a starting point they met with the Foreign Affairs Minister, Gilbert Saboya, and with the General Secretary of the Govern, Jordi Casadevall.
The ODHIR is an agency that depends on the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) and oversees the development of democratic elections taking place across the continent.
