The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Gilbert Saboya, and the ambassador of the United States in Andorra, James Costos, signed on Monday the new Protocol of understanding between the United States of America Government and the Govern d’Andorra regarding the Fullbright Exchange programme. Present at this act was also the Education and Youth Minister, Roser Suñé, and the Culture Minister, Albert Esteve. The Fulbright programme celebrates it’s 15th anniversary this year, whilst the renewal is for the period 2015-2020.
