THE GOVERNMENT HAS RECEIVED 48 REQUESTS FOR PERSONALIZED NUMBER PLATES

The person who wants to book a registration shall submit to the Government an official request and pay a fee of 40,73 euros. The ministry competent in this field must answer within a month, and if you do not receive an answer then the demand has been denied. If the request is resolved favorably, there is a maximum of two months to apply for the attribution of the plate.

So far 25 have been recorded and also requests reserved for specific vehicles. Responsible for delivering of the plates is the Automobile Club of Andorra (ACA), upon presentation of the certificate of registration, and must be placed physically in the vehicle, as specified in the law. In addition, the owner of the vehicle authorized to carry a personalized license, the owner will have to submit the ordinary plates to ACA. The customization of the registration is to be able to choose the letters and numbers that compose it. Must have a minimum of two characters and a maximum of five, according to rules laid down in the same regulation and keeping the design of the ordinary registration.
