DIGITAL PHOTO CONTEST

MoraBanc will collaborate a further two years with the activities of the Centre for a Sustainable Andorra.

The head of the Centre for Sustainable Andorra, Javi Gomez, presented the fourth edition of Digital Photo Contest “The Andorra landscapes”, organized jointly by the Department of Environment, Center of Sustainable Andorra, Andorra Tourism and MoraBanc, this year the celebration frames the International Year of light. The competition is divided into two categories, the digital camera and Instagram, and the latter will have a new feature this year with monthly prizes. According to Gomez, "Every year we have tried to introduce new incentives and we have achieved that nearly 300 people participated presenting nearly 2,000 photographs, allowing Andorra to have a particular vision of this country and its wealth ". The digital camera category is now open and can the photogrpahs can be submitted until the 19th of October. There will be two awards, one for best picture of the landscape and a special award category International Year of light. The two winners will receive a season pass. Meanwhile, in the Instagram category the participants may be for residents and non residents and they must label their photos with #Andorra between 1st of April and 31st of December. The awards consist of a monthly dinner for two, two tickets to see a basketball game of MoraBanc Andorra or two tickets to enjoy performances of music and dance of the season. The director general of MoraBanc, Carles Sasplugas, recalled that some of the pictures that have been presented in previous editions have been used to illustrate the calendar that each year is given to Morabanc customers at the beginning of the year.
