The aim of the 2900 Alpine Run is to connect the 7 highest peaks in Andorra, all over 2900m in altitude, from summit to summit. This is a new sports form that blends alpinism with mountain racing and is specifically aimed at elite sportspeople.

The route of the first edition will be 70 km, with an accumulated climb of 6,700 m and an average height change of 1,000 m every 5km. Yes, that’s what you read...

The runners will start from the Refugi de l’Illa mountain hut and successively pass over the Pic de la Portelleta (2,905 m), the Pic de l'Estanyó (2,915 m), the Pic de la Serrera (2,912 m), the Pic de Font Blanca (2,904 m), the Pic de Medacorba (2,913 m), Roca Entravessada (2,928 m) and the Pic de Comapedrosa (2,944 m) to reach the finish at the Comapedrosa mountain hut.

A very serious mountain challenge, only for the chosen ones.
