The government calculated the benefits of 2.5 million euros by issuing Andorra.

The Andorran Euros production has cost 855.683 Euros to the Government of Andorra, an expense that capitalizes especially in the Minting management. Considering that until the date the generated revenue is around 2.3 million € thanks to the sale of these coins, the overall profit is 1.4 million euros.

The gains of 1.4 million euros generated by the issue of Andorran euros are not, however, definitive. "It's a figure that should be increasing," explained Finance Minister, Jordi Cinca, following a question from Councillor liberal group, Fernando Costa at the Council session on Thursday morning. There are still collection 'sets' to market, as well as a commemorative coin. Given that profits are calculated in this sense around one million euros, "the turnover for the whole of 2014 is of 2.5 million euros," pointed Cinca.
