Christmas Fair The Plaça Major will be the stage for the Christmas Fair which over the weekend of 5 and 6 December will offer different activities from 10 in the morning until 7 in the evening, as well as the traditional craft and gift stalls. Saturday 6 December: Carol singing with the Coral Casamanya, 12 p.m. Concert with Ordino Artistic Group, 1 p.m. Dress your Christmas Tree workshop at 5 p.m. at the former Casa Comuna, for children aged 5 to 8. Concert with the Music School of the Northern Valleys at 5.30 p.m. in the parish church. Gymkhana to go and find the Christmas yule log, 6 p.m. in the Placeta. Sunday 7 December: Street show at 12.30 p.m.
‘Caga Tió’ and arrival of Father Christmas The Plaça Major will be hosting the ‘Caga Tió’ (yule log gifts) for the children on Thursday 24 December at 11 a.m. and Father Christmas will be arriving at 6 p.m. with cake and chocolate for everyone.
Midnight Mass The traditional Midnight Mass will be held on Christmas Eve at the church of Sant Corneli i Sant Cebrià, with chocolate, hot wine and cake for everyone afterwards.
