Altimir confirmed the implementation of more than 1,800 new businesses through the economic opening.

The president of the Andorran Business Confederation (CEA), Xavier Altimir, said in statements to the radio station COPE Catalonia, that since 2012 have been implemented more than 1,800 new businesses through the economic opening.

An important part of these companies, he noted, are related to the health sector, in many cases applied to services. In this sense, Altimir explained to Catalan radio station that Andorra is working to promote the attraction of investments related to the world of sport, health and nutrition applied to sports activities. So took the opportunity to remind the government's desire to build a high performance sports medical center in the building of Radio South, the port of Envalira, among other actions.

Private foreign investment has become a strategic political tool to promote economic growth, encouraged by states that seek to harness these resources to attract entrepreneurship, talent, innovation and knowledge.
